I've been starting to consider making 
my main (before it was 
). This champion is not only rarely picked, banned, updated, but probably one of the most broken things to enter League. Vladimir hasn't seen a buff in ages and starting to give up on him since I've been told that most players aren't going to be able to climb with champions that aren't Meta.
archerno13 votesMETA doesnt really matter until u are challenger (and even there). Whether u will climb with Vlad depends on your skill with him.
Mig891 votesVlad is meta. he doesnt get changes because he is a well balanced champ imo. He can get ahead and dominate or get behind and just focus on deleting a carry before he dies. He's played in the LCS so that alone says he is meta. The plays you can pull off with him are always going to be an asset to your team.

ReySolomon1 votesI just got into GOLD5 Spamming Vladimir and still am he's a good champion and you can get into diamond with him it just depends on your mechanics with him..

Thanks, I've been trying to find some good high Elo Vladimir videos (I watched all the ones labeled as High Korea). I think I'll stick with Vladimir after all.
