A Sudden Realization for the Heimerdinger Mains- New Hextech Gunblade

So I was making my way down Mid Lane as the big eyeball known as Vel'Kozby, and I was spamming my taunt. You know, the "Your chance of survival is LESS than zero." I got all science heavy and crap. So I started thinking about Heimerdinger therefore. Then another thought came to me from a thread I made for Rammus earlier about an Iceborn change, but a Hextech Gunblade change came up in the thread and so then I realized...
http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-N887j7BStXU/VjK71jOxDgI/AAAAAAAAzgI/s8josqwuReU/s320/65345435.jpg 10% lifesteal and 20% spell vamp removed New Unique Passive - now heals for 15% of the damage dealt, 33% effective for aoe. RELOAD removed, no longer cools the item active down by 3 seconds part hit & single target.
The main thing about Heimerdingers turrets was they didn't apply spell vamp. It isn't rocket science people. Check out that big ol' buff.
UPDATE: I have confirmed this on PBE. This is no longer just "on paper speculation". I have confirmed, with Hextech Gunblade, Heimerdinger is healed from his turrets basic attacks. As a side note, the active of the item has a good of synergy with Heimerdinger as well.
