Honestly this preseason is one of the worst yet

IMO is busted as all hell. The root range needs to be nerfed or its speed needs to be lowered and her ult should have a cast time. Also soul drop rate should probably go down slightly from minions and monsters.

literally goes against the principles of assassins by giving them sustain. Also 100% AS is really overboard for 3k gold in 1v1s. It honestly should be a 3200g item and it should only proc in the presence of 2 champions. Aka when you are alone and the opponent is alone.

The current Elder dragon buff is a stupid concept. I personally would prefer it to just give everyone a mini GA effect it would be more interesting than DoT undodgable executes. Something like it takes double the time to revive of normal GA, but you can move and cannot attack while it goes off and it's a one use buff.

Conqueror needs to do reduced healing for DoT and AoE effects.

needs to be at 8 AD to be in line with the Doran's items in scaling. is better than gold wise.

The mountain drake buff is horribly imbalanced. 8% of MR is not the same as 8% of armor. Even if it was like 10-12% it would make more sense. Most champs have much lower armor than MR and it is much harder to stack MR than armor.

Cloud drake buff. 10% ult CD reduction. I honestly don't know what to say. It feels almost useless. We already have transcendence, ultimate hunter, and an easy 20+% CDR in most builds. 10% CDR only on your ult for killing dragon doesn't feel the same as 5% to your stats, innate sustain, or even the defense bump from mountain. I feel that you have to have an ult that is at least a 120s CD to even have a noticeable effect from cloud drake.

Also we need an anti lethality tank item at this rate. You just keep adding more and more lethality items. It's making it real hard for tanks to do their job if every time they finally get something to help them out you just add another one to make the problem worse. Also while we are on this when are we going to get a new magic pen item all we have is . AD has (let's be honest Guinsoo's is an AD item the AP is just there for the AP scaling on AD champs).
