@Meddler, Will Galio be included in the immobile mages update?

Although Galio has his speed boost line, he's got mobility problems. Early to mid game, he just can't get anywhere quickly enough because his speed boost eats up too much mana early on. And the fact that it's a one way boost, which limits its utility, doesn't help his problems.

I'd like for him to have a more consistent kit in the early game.

One other thing worthy of note, is his poor synergy with nearly all Keystones.
