That's how we got AP Lulu in the first place.
And since Redemption Locket is the go-to right now for literally every support you're only encouraging AP Lulu, which ya'll don't even want, which is why you nerfed it so heavily in the first place.
I'm all for buffing Lulu but this is the absolute worst place to hit her.
sit kid3 votesThats not a problem for lulu, but support itemization in general. Those items are just op and deserves nerfs.
Her AP ratios are fairly low compared to her base damages, not to mention that she got reduced damage after hitting through multible people a couple of patches ago, and lets not forget her attack speed buff on W.
I think its okay to up it by 10% AP. Is it a support exclusive buff for lulu? No, just a general kit buff
