what if rito changed some of the rules or mechanics during lcs matches
okay so something competitive counterstrike does is that they change the round timers and bomb timer for high level events compared to just the regular old match making
rito probably has stupid high death timers so pro play games don't ever extend into higher game times so they can stick to a schedule, so what if rito allowed it so that certain things can be customized like death timers, turret/minion/monster hp/etc
and then lower the death timers for the rest of us
