@Riot do you even care about the mains not happy about kindreds current state

The axe you took to their early game really doesn't feel good to play. You could take off .25% off the per mark health damage stack effectively hitting the later game and revert one of kindred's early game nerfs. And please consider looking into doing something about the base moment speed, even when kindred was powerhouse embodiment of death in the jungle it was still something that was regularly complained about. Things can't be good when a champ that is statistically not in a bad state has complaints from people that play or played it as a main, like how people complained about the kog changes after his double attack speed change even though he was a statistic powerhouse.

Give them time. World's is almost over. The balance team and all the others at Riot are involved with ensuring World's runs smooth without a hitch. There's been next to no work done for the general community since World's has started for this very reason. Preseason is when most of the champs get looked at and their problems addressed.

Understand that League has over 130ish champions to constantly try and keep balanced. Not all of the 11 million players can be satisfied. There will be some mains out there who aren't satisfied with the state of their champion. Kindred was heavily contested had her time to shine, and is now recovering from heavy usage while they try and work on less popular champs, such as Poppy, Taric, Yorick, etc in terms of reworks (Not anymore for many, just citing popular examples of shitty champs, or that used to be). She will be buffed sometime I'm sure, but right now they're working hard on the assassin update (Arguably the hardest class to balance) and the whole preseason update and I believe the warwick rework as well. Plus skins, plus Worlds, plus Fire and Ice tournament is coming up. They have a lot on their plate year round, and balancing is actually really hard.

They're actually regarded as one of the most unbalanced mobas, and other mobas have a similar champion pool. Jus' saying.

Graves AurelionSol

I mean, LoL is broken.

It's pretty bad when if Graves gets picked in D2+ the opposing team will literally open mid because they don't even wanna deal with that shit if nobody dodges.

And Aurelion Sol is . . . well, he can farm a whole wave + the junglers camps as early as level 1 and get a full level adv over the other laner + gank bot lane before the opposing mid can even comprehend wtf is even going on. Or at least he used to before the nerf. But he's still insanely powerful regardless.

Nahui1 votes

D2 doesn't simply open mid vs a Graves lol, that's a random bit of info that came from nowehre.

Sol is designed to push waves, he is made up for that in extreme weaknesses. And him farming your jungle camps is just a ward and collapse away from failiure.

It seems like the problem is your viewpoint on the game and not the actual state of the game. LoL is not broken. It's the most popular video game and has the most popular pro scene for a reason and that isn't for being broken. It's all opinion on both sides.

That's clearly why I've already seen it multiple times and the vast majority of d2+ streamers regularly complain about the imbalance of the picks + overtuning of said champs that are strangling all other picks out.

If you disagree with me, that's fine. I really dfc. But before you try to tell me that I'm wrong. You should probably get into the mmr range where picks actually start making a difference. Then once you do, play a roster of particular champions and you'll know exactly why me and several others complain about this.

Gangplank Had 0 counters in top lane. Could control every lane. Was a free win past the 35 minute mark. Picking anyone else but GP might as well have been reportable.

Graves Cleared faster, healthier, had better ratios, was ranged, was tankier than tanks and out damaged bruisers, is one of two people with an extremely powerful utility. The only one that could match him was Nidalee Who traded faster early ganks for far worse late game. Not picking Graves will pre' much get you flamed nonstop in diamond.

Gragas Until nerf he out damaged assassins had a flash or die gank style that allowed him to turret dive anyways.

Zac Now that others have been toned down slightly is pre' much the equivalent of a God. Not only does he warp the game around him, he makes it next to impossible to ward against and is able to get the ball rolling before most others. He also doesn't fall off because he has loads of utility to make up for when his 1-shot ggwp combo starts slipping.

AurelionSol Why pick anything else? He farms better than anyone, cleared the enemy jungle faster than mid laners could clear their waves. Could back at easier gold times compared to everyone else. Gank before everyone else and end the game even before early game champions actually scaled? Ok?

Just like why Azir Why pick anyone else? He had like one bad match up that could only be played by a small hand full of champs? In challenger he was instant GGWP.

Mathematically Gragas can't out damage assassins. Unless, y'know, fed beyond belief and the assassin is shut down, then maybe.

And it seems all the above champions have been all about heavily nerfed save Zac who I'm sure will get his turn soon. Idk what the issue is here. Like, yeah, due to the nature of a video game like this, there will be imbalances and they simply get fixed in time. You can't expect a hotfix on anyone who peaks a 50% win rate lol.

What you claim what you've seen multiple times and this so-called "majority of streamers" are really irrelevant to the argument you are making. You need facts to back up claims. Throwing in generalizations does nothing for it. No, it's highly statistically improbable for 50.1% of D2 players to open mid vs a select couple of champions. However, if you've got any data supporting that 50.1%, please do throw it here. Otherwise, it's a baseless statement you made to divert attention from any logical fallacies you've been making.

I don't need do be D2 to spot obvious BS lol. Again, if LoL were broken, it would not be the most popular game in the world. There's a clear hole in logic between what you claim to be the broken truth and the reality of the state of the game as dictated by the numbers favoring this game.

" And it seems all the above champions have been all about heavily nerfed save Zac who I'm sure will get his turn soon. Idk "

lol? They finally get "balanced" with a few weeks left at the end of the season? Oh gee gollywillickers. AMAZING!

"What you claim what you've seen multiple times and this so-called "majority of streamers" are really irrelevant to the argument you are making. You need facts to back up claims. "

Streamers record their videos. Go watch them. They're there.

Facts? If a champion in itself alone is single handedly bitched about by the majority of the top 1,000 players, is pick and ban in competitive to the point the remove all other possible options from the rosters and the fact I've already SEEN it on streams and EXPERIENCED it myself. Those are all FACTS.

As for most popular game in the world? Um. I hate to break it to you, buddy. But the second you remove smurf accounts and bot accounts their numbers drop ridiculously far. They're no longer an insanely popular game by a massive landslide, otherwise autofill wouldn't be in basic normal games with 10+ minute wait times on a saturday afternoon.

On top of that, it's a F2P Moba game that happened to fill in a basic casual niche and was the only real competitor to Dota that in itself is very anti-casual. Its balance has nothing to do with its unranked casual popularity. The fact you tried to just correlate them together tells me that you actually do need to be D+ to spot shit because clearly you don't see the very fine details of the picture.

" Like, yeah, due to the nature of a video game like this, there will be imbalances and they simply get fixed in time."

Yeah no. Waiting two years for a person to not be absolute pick ban dominant and for a while the best champion in every role of the game for 6+ months is not acceptable regardless of the "nature" of this game. It shouldn't take two years to tone someone down to a level where other champions can actually "think" about being viable.

A lot of mains aren't happy about the state of their champion. Hell, the entire Swain fanbase has been kicked in the bollocks twice over with his rework.

Their current state is fine. Requires skill, but they're fine.

And yes I am a Kindred main, so chill.

Their nerfs to her suggest they think she was a mistake being put out as she was.

ANd she did do a really good job of crowding out most other jungle picks when she was in a good place.
