The problem with anything of this nature is it will be abused so much that it will ruin a lot more than it will fix. Don't like what you chose, vote for kick. Not playing meta, vote for kick. Don't like that you didn't take a tank for top when we need a tank, vote for kick. Didn't pick the "OP OP champ for the week", vote kick. Wont trade with me your roll, vote kick( this one would be more of a party against a solo person). The abuse would make this game an unenjoyable experience for many.

Maybe players with a certain level of mastery on that champion can't be vote kicked?

While that seems like an interesting thing to try, the issue with that is getting even mastery 7 isn't really that hard. All you have to do is grind enough, and you are going to, unless absolutely horrible with that champ, have a good enough game to get a s or higher if for no other reason except getting carried and not doing bad. Also you can take the champ to other positions for easier grading since they are not usually going there. This would also protect trolls and toxic individuals and give them immunity to this there by circumventing the whole vote kicking to solve it. Even troll and toxic people can be good at the game.

But if someone is grinding mastery in attempt to play it in ranked; they will be actually legit rather than worrying about someone doing a "spur of the moment" troll pick. And if they're already trolling with that champ I doubt they'll last to mastery 7. They'd just be perma-banned before level 3.

The benefits greatly outweigh the negatives.

We CANNOT outright get rid of trolls, but this system would channel them into a funnel.

Another benefit is; you actually know people have practiced their champion before going into ranked.

So many streamer would have to quit, because they get vote kicked out of 80% of games. I am not a fan of Hashinshin, but that would literally end his streamer career

People troll streamers everywhere, look at pubg and how people suicide into Shroud lol.

But a streamer could easily snag a duo queue and be unkickable.
