I have a dream these bruisers won't forever be forced to be kited to oblivion and back but have a chance to get face to face with ADC's.
I have a dream where these types of Bruisers won't die in 4 auto attacks from ADC's late game.
I don't think diving the ADC is the right role for the immobile bruiser. If we balance the game such that these guys can catch and kill an ADC, imagine what mobile bruisers like Riven or Irelia will do.
Instead, I think that immobile bruisers should be aimed at being good front liners. Think about these bruisers being good at killing enemy assassins and enemy bruisers, and being naturally weak against ADCs. Then teams can choose whether they want to try to protect their back line with a front line bruiser like Darius, or they want to kill the enemy back line with a diver like Irelia.
We will reach this dream one day or another in the form of these bruisers receiving fair judgement, whether or not I or any of you make it to the mountain top just remember, the future generation will make it!
Bruisers as a class get fair treatment. For each of the last three seasons, early season play was bruiser heaven and late season play was bruiser hell.
The problem here is that there is a pretty wide discrepancy in power level within the class. Over in ADC land, Lucian is strongish and Ezreal is weakish, but they're still able to fill the role about as well. In bruiser land, there is a comparatively vast gulf between Olaf/Garen and the top tier bruisers. We need balance within the class before we can really talk about balancing the Olafs and Garens of the world with other classes.
