You are limited severely in the way you can blind pick champions because of champions like Talon and Lux that just push two buttons and kill you outright. But, yeah... Vayne is excessively broken but Riot's "balance" team thinks she is perfectly fine. Like all kinds of other cancerous champions.

Nobody wanted me to pick for them, and sometimes my ADC wants Vayne but doesn't own any champs I play. I also tend to ban Urgot when I'm top.

It's really not, I've been feeling chest pains lately from how agitating top lane is. League is general is just infuriating now.
