as the 7th best yasuo in North America, i think yasuo needs buffs.

yasuo is in the worwst state he has even been. with one of his lowest winrates to date, he simplh can't survive in the game. even the supports can one shot him if his passive is down. the issue is simple.

there is too much power on the sheild.

what needs to be done is to give reduce yasuo's sheild strength and then increase all other parts of his defensive kit like lowering w cd and increasing width, increasing hp/5, increasing base hp, decreasing crit reduccition.

but that's not the only issue. His abilities are too clunky.

making plays is nearly impossible. i have not seen a good yasuo montage in the last 2 months because yasuo is just too clunky to pull off smooth plays. I propose that his q be cast while moving and that his e be cancelable by another e. this will really give him the identity of "wind" because of a smooth unpredictability and rough angle movement during outplays.
