since season 4. but hey "she has no mobility", that should make up for her 1 shotting every living thing in the game with no brain cells required. her ulti radius is fuckin cancer. im so far away but ill get stunned and take damage anyway because "annie".

Not only does she have guaranteed stuns but she also has an ability that buffs her armor / mr by huge amounts so you can't even assassinate her easily. Even if you dodge her stun with somone like fizz, it "doesn't count" and she gets the stun on her next ability. Throw in the fact that Q has 0 mana cost on creep kills and has a ridiculously short CD and it's a recipe for facerolling.
She's completely ridiculous. The only way to even compete with her is to pick champs that outrange her and play ridiculously safe, and then she can still flash and 100-0 you in a stun. But nerfing her won't fix anything, she needs a remake.
