we have already established that waiting on burst damage for assassin game play feels awful, and nothing feels more awful than eves Charm. waiting 2.5 seconds and giving both your target AND their allies ample time to counter you is counter intuitive to eve as a character. ive tried gameplay where i just do use her charm at all and, i kid you not, it just feels better even tho in actuality the champion does legit zero dmg without it. the entire purpose of having "perm stealth" is defeated by letting your target and anyone near them know that you are nearby and about to burst them down.

It's almost as if permanent stealth is nigh-impossible to properly balance.

A champion who should thematically have both permanent stealth and a charming ability (the fact that Evelynn never had a charm before always felt off to me) is just asking to never be balanced.

khazix isnt perm stealth yet he is a stronger assassin. shaco isnt perm stealth yet he is a stronger assassin. id much rather eve have twitches stealth so she can get more power if perm stealth is really that toxic for the game. i can care less. the charm feels awful.

That's the point. Eve is weaker than them because of permanent stealth eating such a huge amount of power budget.
