New conqueror is fine, but it needs to be AD only

Mages (The strongest class in the game) do NOT need another powerful rune.

The last thing we need is cassio top (already op as hell) and other dot/sustained mages abusing this shit.

Bruisers S tier in 3 lanes as well, until nerfs to some of them dropped it back to 2.

Also, 1 mage isn't mages. Mages is plural. Mage is singular.

bruisers are S tier in the jungle and nowhere else (and even then its really only xin zhao). Urgot is the only s tier fighter top, everyone else loses to mages (plural)

Half of the top 10 junglers are bruisers, none are mages. 6 of the top 10 toplaners are bruisers, none are mages.

Only Thornmail is garbage, and you can't make an item to give you the same exact stats as Frozen Heart but for AP. What you want a -20% magic damage aura?

thornmail is garbage because they nerfed its stats and changed its passive. Im talking about magic resist on the item (and some what health) not the passive which goes for both all 3 of the ad tank items i listed. Sunfire is a likewise garbage defensive item it isnt bought for defensive strength its bought for its damage aura for farming. and likewise the magic resist counterparts are garbage but also our only option

Id be okay with that if those same champions didnt instagib other champions and have better defensive options in kit that allow them to ignore building defense and just build sustain and damage. you either gonna be a bruiser or an instagibbing assassin (which still isnt healthy for the game) not both. Dianna Rumble and Mordekaiser.

I love how people like you are like "yeeaah TRUE DMG is cool" but immediately after AP champs could get some too, you do compleat 180° and go "oh nooo, true dmg on AP champs? noo."

I think that if true dmg has to be in game... both AD and AP champs should be able to have it.

I don't hate/love specific classes. :D I play champs that I like, and I don't care what class they are.

I wrote that, bc I think it's bullthing to give true dmg just to bruisers. Either remove true dmg or let everyone have a chance to get it.

Xerath, Veigar, Lux, Malzahar, and Velkoz are especially good in low ELO. Maybe not top tier, but they're still decently played.

I find it hard to believe tank fizz will ever be a thing again with how hard they nerfed his W, reworks took away all his versatility to make him into an average "press the same 3 keys every time for a 1 shot combo", when the point of fizz was to be an unique, versatile assassin that got rewarded the longer he stayed in a fight (now hes just a budget zed that is useless without ult), you could literally build almost any item in the game on fizz and play him however you wanted ( i remember playing trinity fervor fizz mid and it was actually good lmao).

FeelsBadMan, bring back old fizz, bring back %hp dot, remove all this different sized shark bullshit (punishing melee champion for using his abilities in melee range imagine that lmao), bring back his old W, unnerf his E back to 8s at max rank.

Idk I did play some tank Fizz games on PBE and I could easily 1v1 a conqueror Yasuo with item 3001 item 3047 item 3025 https://puu.sh/CJ6Hk/9bfd59ad61.webm . I dont think he couldve killed me even with IE and if I didnt have a lead. Also it looks sloppy because I was downloading a game in the background so I literally have 260 ping xd

But ay I agree, 6.11 Fizz was best Fizz and Rito sucks for ignoring him :(

Mages' been cucked out of a reliable DoT Keystone ever since the removal of Deathfire Touch.

I don't think the adaptive damage is of any real concern; it's the true damage AND sustain that worries me... Though, Riot might adjust it later on; it's not unusual to overstuff something before cropping it in game design.

Lol. There are about half a dozen mages that are viable right now, out of about 30 or so. No, you can't make the excuse that it's a low elo thing either, because almost anything goes in low elo. Dismissed.
