Nerfed 0cs but not fix Ranged dominance at Toplane

ranged tops arent the problem though. what was wrong with the strat is that you generate just as much gold as any laner, on top of having an enemy laner with a free bounty for the lead they never technically had.

what range top laner is more then a 7% pick rate in top ?

how will that stop Ezreal and a support from both taking Spellthief's n Klepto with 0cs... or a jungler camping top constantly... the same strat in different ways.

there's a lack of item counter to ranged tops.
