"fuck you" to all burst mages and assassins
Not only is 
getting nerfed, so assassins can't even have a window of dominance at the 1 item mark, the new 
makes it so adc's can get 35% damage reduction. The ADC bias is so real. Melee champions would not benefit from this at all.
Salamencę2 votesThe current locket is much stronger than the one on the PBE so that's a nerf...lol. A flat shield will always be stronger than percent damage reduction. Duskblade has been needing a nerf since its release and that's not debatable. The very fact that you said "assassins can't even have a window of dominance at the 1 item mark" just goes to show that it is currently ridiculously overtuned.

Yes I agree duskblade is absolute horrible design of an item, but assassins need it as a bandaid because other assassin itemization is total dogshit. Which is why once the game goes past 20 mins, the assassin becomes completely useless and is forced to become a shitty splitpusher simply because they can't teamfight. If anyone on the enemy team builds at least a 
worth of armour, the assassin can't even have a chance to kill him.

grouping up like that for a period of time isnt necessarily want you want either. It looks smaller than redpemption. maybe im wrong on this one though.
