Learning to be OP Support

I am a jungle main but I want to get good enough at support to make adc carries more possible

Right now when I support I want to main Soraka Lux Thresh

I think soraka=sustain lux=poke thresh=engage

But there are a few things I lack in when I support due to my jungling habbits so here are some questions I have

I try to rush to help a lot of people outside of my lane but is it actually pointless if a kill isnt guaranteed?

I end up losing a lot of exp even if I dont die a lot so is it a known thing to try to almost always be shadowing somebody who is farming?

What does warding deep jungle really mean when im support and when should I do it?

Ive heard that I should never ward lane bushes and only ward in the jungle while im support because the adc is supposed to ward lane bushes so is that really true?

Is completing a support item a rare thing to do or should I normally be trying to build the full thing rather than just halfway?

Any advice about the champs I use or answers to the questions I have would be greatly appreciated!

It's not pointless to collapse if if it means preventing the enemy getting a kill even if it doesn't result in a kill. However you don't want to collapse if it means giving up more in your lane or if it could result in enemy getting multiple kills instead of just one. Deep wards are so you can track enemy jungle pathing. It also will let you know what side they're on so you can anticipate a gank and play safe. Warding by the jungle entrance is just as good though because you can see them coming sooner. However if you don't think you can even go that far out of your lane then just ward the bush. Completely a support item past second tier is uncommon, but if it's late game and you think you need the extra 4th ward or have nothing else to spend gold on then you can complete it.

Getting SP from them can be enough, also helping midlane with vision is helpful, but it is also partly jnglers job.

If you can get laners ahead, it’s not big deal. Wasting enemies SP will higher the chances of kill next time.

When you are ahead or if you know enemies can’t come, just ward their buff or try to get as much info about their pathing/position as you can. Setuping really early ward can be good as well.

You can’t always rely on adc sadly :/

I’m rushing the second upgrades and normally I’ll build something elso after that, but if you want to, it isn’t big deal, unless you are rushing some important item.

Master Sorakas E, it’s helpfull af. Careful with Luxs E, bcs it can easily push/lasthit minions. With Thresh many ppl are trying to hit Q when they can walk up, use E and Q after.

Hope it helped little bit.
