Meanwhile anything a ad champion especially assassins is pickable in the mid lane they get them nerfed out of viability

Wow, almost like they've had to deal with have their class made irrelevant in lane while ADCs have never had another class actually replace them in bot.

I was making a point in how marksmen are the only class that have never had their role replaced by another class entirely.

I could have said top laners vs ranged top laners, but mages felt more poetic since the OP has a hate boner for mages.

What defines a Marksman, as in ADC? - Tower pushing (if there were no towers ADCs wouldn't be neccessary in most games) What does Ziggs have? - Insanely good tower pushing potential

Wait.. but people have been playing Azir Kayle TwistedFate bot lane and they are "ap mages", but they can pushdown towers and put out dps... so are these acceptable? and ziggs has his passive autos and a spammable q, and 3 other spells also

Is there any actual link to mage players promoting this? I like being the only AP on my team, it encourages the opponents to build armor rather than mr.
