so i recently played a game as malphite

I got into a 1v1 with a yi. This was my build this was his build

now a yi with this build and this far into late game what the heck is the counter. Hes tanky enough to survive but he deals enough damage to take out an entire team and I cant stop him. Even when i got into a 1v1 his true damage was outrageous and there was NOTHING I could do to kill him. This same thing goes for and because they have an escape from their only counter... CC. ON top of the fact that they have a stupid amount of true damage and yes gankplank basically has true damage because his barrels ignore 60% armor on top of whatever armor pen he has.
