seriously, got stomped? friend the guy who stomped you if you can. Maybe instead of "1v1 me irl loser" you should act like an adult and say "team up with me so you don't have to deal with random plebs, trolls, and other bullshit"

Eh, you really could have said this better. There's a big difference between the "1v1 me" types who think the team based game called League is a skill based game and people who enjoy the challenge of a (relatively) even playing field. Definitely could have done it without insulting both parties.

Still, now that solo queue is out of the way we can work on getting Riot to finally fix the way matchmaking handles teams with varying skill levels.

indeed, I could avoid going way out of my way for the euphoric delight of insulting certain types of players... but I'mma do it anyways.

I hope one day that people who play this will actually take some pride in a group they are well known among. When I get my new computer I look forward to some 5 man premade ranked. Fuck I might even just train my own team so it even better reflects my own skills. I wouldnt care if I got placed in bronze as long as its 5 man premades. Solo rankings on random teams means little to me.

I should have known you back in season 3 then. I had a group that all prided themselves with their chosen positions, and even though we usually did terribly we all did our very best. Each one of us was significantly better than the rest at our chosen roles and we knew each other's playstyles so well that we could act without really needing to talk. In those tense moments we all just knew what the others were going to do, which left our call open for our shot caller to be heard.

Now most of us don't have the time to play like that, and so we just play casually and mess around. Hopefully you end up with something like I had, because it was honestly the best time I've ever had playing this game.

No, but making out with another guy doesnt make you gay either if balls didnt touch.

Call it what you like but some things probably shouldn't be encouraged under some sketchy pretense that its 100% not problematic for anyone.

Put in league terms, encouraging you not to go solo is likely healthier for the community, healthier for game rankings, and healthier for reducing both non-gamerelated toxicity and ingame toxicity.

Really there aren't many positives to yoloqueue except functionality but such things are better suited to a game with no following. League is fucking huge
