Mobility and Damage should be on a scale.

If you have a ton of mobility you should have substantially less damage than an immobile counterpart. Since mobility (and I disagree with this) is a skill expression mechanic then the rest of the kit should be lack luster as to be made up for.

Riven Fiora Ekko Akali FizzCamille Irelia Katarina Gnar Sylas Jax etc. Should have overall low damage that has a consistent value overtime, with 0 steroids or burst mechanics. The only one that comes close is Gnar and to an extent jax. Even as assassins, the mobile ones should do less damage than the largely immobile ones.

Cha, call me old school.

For the assassins I think it would be better to take away just a little bit of damage however kneecapping their resiliency.

Mobility has never been part of a champs power budget, why would riot start now....they see it as perfectly acceptable to allow leblanc to do the same amount of damage as veigar, just w/o the worry of getting caught like an idiot

Why do people look at mobility and damage like if you have one you can't have the other? They both go hand in hand. There is very little reason to be highly mobile if you aren't able to do damage. Champions with a lot of mobility either don't have meaningful CC or defensive options. What do you see immobile champions have? CC and/or defensive options in their kits. People need to stop looking at only damage and mobility and actually everything else like utility, CC, defenses. These matter.
