Riot has just gone back to last year's problem

Remember last year when Riot changed the way locket worked from aura to just a strong shield because it was becoming too much of a staple item? Notice how we are seeing the same problem with now along with .

We seriously failed to solve any problems from last season and are now just back to square one. Locket and Stoneplate are just too good of items and legit any tank or support that wants tank stats will and SHOULD by these. Locket works on so many and with stoneplate holding all the stats for tanks, I am just annoyed at this point how we probably went from one problem, to a even larger one.

Here's a little story. Riot thought they could nerf every tank item and then create a new one that was broken in the form of Gargoyle stoneplate. Turns out, Gargoyle stoneplate has a few toxic interactions with different things in the game. Cho'gath's ult gets a huge boost and isn't affected by the damage reduction because hurrdurr true damage. Locket gives a bullshit amount of shielding while Gargoyle is up. This entire class update was a fucking mess
