Yuumi isn't nearly as good at enabling as people think

There's a reason why the popular funnel strategy is Taric+Yi and not Yuumi+Yi. And she wasn't even that good when she was released. Even on release the popular funnel comp was always Taric+Yi. So why is Taric so good at enabling? He can give an armor boost to champions with a weak early game, which makes it harder for early game champs to bully people if Taric is helping them. The healing and hard cc is also extremely useful. And his cc isn't a projectile, so that means it can't be blocked by something like Yasuo's windwall. As a final note, Taric's tankiness makes it harder to punish him if he gets caught out. It's a lot easier to place wards with him because unlike enchanters, he won't immediately die if he gets caught out. Anyways, this thread isn't really meant to be about Taric, but I wanted to explain why he's better for an enabling team than Yuumi.
