why the hell shouldnt she win a duel against another squishy with a full damage build, just by making good use of riposte?
against tankier opponents, she will have to hit vitals if she wants to win. otherwise i dont see the issue.
there are a lot of things that can deflect zeds ult. riposte isnt an exception. and you almost have to read minds to parry summoners.
i find it hilarious by the way that people always bring up zed as an example. completely ignoring the fact that zeds ult itself works in many ways just like riposte. before he applies the mark he goes untargetable and can dodge a lot of abilities in this game.
