are basically the only abuse cases. Melees don't get double stacks anymore so it's garbage on most of them which means it's much better on ranged champions and Kayle and Kog do so much damage with it it's just ridiculous. Kayle and Kog are pretty broken to begin with and this just makes them even worse lol
