Renekton is still in the gutter

Romanium (the best Renekton player in NA) doesn't even play Renek anymore.

When a guy who 1-tricked him for 5 years just gives up on the champion completely ... Yeah

SRO doesn't even play either

And when he does he feeds in mid-diamond

RenektonTopOnly (a master tier player) finished season 8 d2 0 LP

All other Renekton OTPs either quit the game , or just stopped playing Renekton

Early game champion that is struggling in an early game meta and besides his awful laning phase he brings nothing to the team

The only reason he isn't below 46% win rate is the fact that his skill floor is super low (basically anyone can pick him up and not feed) and the fact that people below diamond do not have the presence of mind to build ninja tabis which blocks 36% of his main nuke (only damaging skill really) damage and that's without including 20 armor

And also the fact that it's an early game centric-meta where he's "supposed" to dominate

This champion also got NERFED (for no reason) with the tiamat nerfs. The nerfs don't affect Jax / Irelia nearly as much as they affect Renekton because Jax / Irelia are late game champions and Renekton is a ticking time bomb that needs his tiamat asap or else he implodes into uselessness

And now on top of all of this the tanks are getting buffed, sunfire is also getting buffed, and ignite is gonna get nerfed

This champion has been a hot garbage since FOREVER, can Riot please do something ?
