Boards: We don't like Ryze's W, it's toxic.

Person with an actual solution: Maybe we should change it or only have it snare on a condition, like how Ryze's Q only does bonus damage when Spell Flux is applied. Most Ryze players don't use an un-fluxed Q for poke.

I'm not suprised Riot doesn't take these boards too seriously. And also, the current nerf to Ryze's W will do nothing in hindsight. Most Ryze's nerfs are targeted towards the people who play him best, and they will find a way around this, even if you nerf his E cooldown along with it. Just change it to a .75 second, 45% slow, and when applied with the flux make the slow heavier or perhaps that will be the snare. That way Ryze can't 100-0 people by still getting his empowered Q off after the targeted snare. Hell, even make it a skill shot if you have to.
