Evelynn missing stealth pre 6 is more bad than good

You had to make use of "opportunity" early on only to have any relevancy latter till mid game, then to fall off late game.. even a 20 / 0 / 13 could not always end the game. It was proven statistically her win ratios were were very low towards the 35 - 40 + min mark and peaked around 20 min this is how an early game champion is supposed to be she was always early and if she died in the jungle she fell back immensely behind in games.

Using the charm pre 6 is way too telegraphed, there is no element of surprise, her ganks are nearly nonexistent and too much opportunity is wasted since she isn't invisible for them its like "hey i see you man what are you planning to do?" maybe in a bronze match rework eve pre 6 could be devastating.

Opportunity is huge pre 6 your jungle opponent is always capable of making crazy mistakes now she cant capitalize on those mistakes.
