Anybody else think the removal of TT has anything to do with the decline of SR's ranked playerbase?

I'm sure Riot is desperate to get more people to play 5v5 ranked with its significant decline over the past few seasons.

No one played TT

No. It has everything to do with the release of another permanent game mode (TFT)

And the abysmal handling of this meta.

No, not at all. Very few people actually played TT. It wouldn't make any difference if they were to all move into ranked solo que.

Nope. The decrease of SR ranked playerbase is because tons of high elo smurf in low elo because high elo is rampant with wintrading, boosting, and trolling. This is especially the case for NA.

We all know that is why nexus blitz was really cancelled so it wont surprise me.

TT wasn't popular enough to put a dent in the numbers of SR. Riot deleted it because they neglected maintaining it, didn't try to get it any attention, and let it wither.

I think the deletion of TT has more to do with saving money and keeping resources flowing to that possible mmo they are doing.
