More Placebo Buffs

The buffs on the PBE for Tristana are just more placebo buffs. They aren't trying with her and I feel like they're just going to Kalista/Azir/Ryze her. The CD reduction on her E is terrible; it won't help post laning phase and its not really even going to help in laning phase either. She gets bullied out way too hard in laning phase for this E buff to even be useful. And its especially insulting because Vayne's receiving a far better buff while needing it far less. Like, Vayne has more range early game while scaling better, having a better trading pattern, better build path, and better everything.

Stop trying to force power into an ability that really doesn't really need more power added and maybe try to give her a way to survive the laning phase. You've over buffed literally all of the lane bully ADCs while leaving Tristana incredibly weak in laning and in midgame. Give her back 25 range and take your shit E buffs back.
