im tired of toplaners whose sole purpose is to tp gank or ult gank botlane or midlane,
the tank rework only made things worse with tanks building 
. I am not saying that toplaners should not rely on their teams,i am just saying that the role is becoming less and less attractive to good players and personal performance is being ignored.

Toplane is in 100% of times decided by the jungler and it IS very fucking frustrating especially when you play snowball champs like camille. And don't give me the shit with HURR DURR JUST WARD LMAO or that i am "overextended" when i'm exactly in the middle of the lane. If you don't have some sick mobility even flash won't safe you thanks to redbuff and the mobility of lee, elise, kha etc. If you play passively and get pushed in as a squishy without hard CC you get towerdived at around lvl 3/4. I want toplane to be an actual 1v1 lane again and not some glorified support. I want toplane to be a lane from where i can actually carry games with CARRY champs again.

There isn't a fixed line beyond which you're overextended, it all depends on context. Having Flash up or not, having seen the enemy jungler recently, having your TP ready, all of that changes what overextended means.
Do note that in MOST contexts, though, being "exactly in the middle of the lane" without ward is squarely in overextended territory, especially on right side.

DeathBurst4 votesIf you think that "personal performance is being ignored", you don't understand that it takes skills to play even the kind of Tanks you're complaining about. Not the SAME skills as a duelist like Trundle or Renek, but skills nonetheless.
As for "interesting", I'll take laning against a Shen or Galio every day, compared to a Vlad or a Gnar or some other ranged bullshit. But my point is, "interesting" is more a matter of personal taste than anything.

the issue with damage creep is that a she ult+dash when properly executed will always result in any competent assassin or marksman getting a kill.
there was a period in time when adcs didn't do damage like they do today, and they weren't quite as squishy either
and quite frankly tanks did more damage and were squishier
too much specialization and it turns into popping bubbles

You have options now
Wanna make plays in other lanes? Do it Wanna push waves and farm scuttle and jungle? Do it Enemy leaves lane? Take rift and or shove the turret
And with the plants you can dip into the river jungle for quick scryer vision
I imagine in high elo, the galio/shen style of gangbanging a lane is the way to go because they're more opportunistic on pushing an advantage
But as long as your gold or below you have choices

Additionally, look up some military strategy, particularly the term "pinning force," because that's what tanks are. They are the pinning force of league, and they are essential to proper tactical play as such.
Karn Bishop1 votesTop lanes problem has always been the ability to permanently freeze a wave near tower where as it is almost impossible to do that bot lane and mid lane is short enough that you can easily prevent that with a few long range spell casts.
To be clear freezing is an acceptable mechanic i just don't think it should be possible to permanently freeze the wave so long as you manage your CSing perfectly, after a small period of time the wave should just unfreeze itself even with a champion actively managing to maintain the freeze.
