Riot you really need to perma ban some players from Rank

It could be an useful punishment, tied with the normal one.

Example: chat rescrit 10 games and no ranked 10 games.

Just fucking ban the people for 3 months of ranked like Overwatch is doing they ban you completely or they ban you for the entire season ... get rid of the BS players that RQ or troll a make the account bounded to phone numbers so they cant make new accounts and do the same shit again after the ban and you control the boosting and selling account system some people have and shut down most of the toxic shit this game has. END THE FUCKING STORY

Rito needs to be MUCH more strict for Ranked games.

… why just ranked? Is that acceptable behavior for a normal game?
