The last time Riot tried to buff Yas they were also going to nerf his shield at the same time

His MR Buff and Ult range buff are exactly what Riot tried to do a while ago before worlds, except Yas was also supposed to get his passive shield nerfed early-mid game as well.

Now they are just going to straight up give him both buffs plus a base damage buff to his Q with absolutely no downside and no attempt to make him weaker in top lane at all through his passive shield nerf. Just don't be surprised when Yas ends up becoming really generalist and does equally well against bruisers, ranged, mages, and assassins in both mid and top lane again rito.

you mean he already doesn't? the guy literally acts as his own support with his shield and wind wall, and his highly abuseable crit which allows him to build tanky if he wants after just 2 items

I dont get people that are saying windwall is bs. Its stationary it cant move and lasts 4 seconds if he blocks 1 spell and you wait 3 seconds to attack him again you will do better dont just stand in 1 place and complain how broken it is you can move you are not stuned when he uses windwall and its on a 26sec cd that is a lot of time for you to go in and try to kill him

they shoulkkd honestly just shrink his windwall so that it takes more skill to work around instead of just cutting off anything for 60 degrees on one side of him. if he had a wall half the length it would be much easier to play against him since the distance you have to walk becomes CONSIDERABLY less to hit an imoving yasuo, let alone one that moves around it well. yasuo doesnt need to be a braum plant.
