Is it just me or is new swain undertuned as shit
I mean hes frustrating as fuck to play against but hes actually very underwhelming and weak imo, anyone else feeling this?

Meep Man1 votesNah, if you farm and get some items, his ultimate devastates fights. He's not like other Mages that get good mid-game, he just continuously scales up the more items he gets.
Jbels1 votesIn mid lane her has a lackluster laning phase due to having very poor reach, and his base damages are very bad for a mage. You need items before you can start doing good damage. Since he needs to scale anyway, I'm thinking of experimenting with a Tear of the Goddess rush
