Can now use f2p champs in rank?

Wolf Queen··2 votes·277 views

As title says. I dont remember seeing this in the patch notes but i have access to f2p champs that i dont own in rank now. Is this supposed to be this way? If so this is a horrible idea, letting people play champs they dont own which means they most likely wont know it well

If this is happening, it's definitely unintended and I suggest posting it in the Report a Bug board.
