How long has Twitch been able to recall while stealthed?

His Q lasts 10 seconds at rank one so he can do the whole recall while stealthed wherever he wants. That's a really dumb interaction.

Edit:

Just to clarify. Twitch, Shaco, and Eve are the only ones that can recall while stealthed, but Twitch is the only one that can complete the recall while still stealthed (Eve doesn't really count because she's getting a rework soon). Even though Rengar's stealth is just like Twitch's he cannot recall while stealthed.

None of the other stealth champs can do what Twitch does. Considering that Riot made the detection radius for Twitch really tiny, you have to be right in his face to actually see him recalling which is really dumb. If you're recalling in a bush and I ward it I should be able to see you and capitalize on my smart ward placement or your bad positioning, but with Twitch this isn't the case unless you are right up in his face which doesn't really seem healthy for the game.

Well, he was always able to do that. It's just people rarely ever bother to do so. when you recall you retreat into a safe position anyway.

Besides, his cam being able to be detected upon being close pushes people to use his stealth in order to get to a safe location rather than invisi-recall.

I mean, he used to be able to do it while actually invisible. You can walk close to him and see him now.

His stealth was only 4 seconds at rank 1 before the update and 8 at max rank. After the update it's 10 seconds at rank 1. And to actually see him recalling you have to be right in his face before of the tiny detection radius Riot gave him for some reason.

Good luck detecting him now without a TF ult or something similar. Twitch became the most slippery champ in the game. I recently watched a replay of one of my games - we were hunting for Twitch in his jungle lategame and he was basically juking all the time with his invisibility just next to us. It was funny on the replay.
