With the introduction of glacial augment, I think it's time to axe Mallet for good

Frozen mallet is a cancerous item that will never truly be balanced. It is doomed to be hyper effective on when it is decent for the rest of the champions in league.

It goes against riot's declaration that "all permaslows are unhealthy ( )"

Now that we have glacial augment which does literally the exact same thing, but in an arguably MUCH better way, I think we can finally say goodbye to this dumbass item and make way for a new bruiser item that can hopefully be more balanceable.
