Question about Talon's Parkour
Is his parkour gonna be on that low of a cooldown as featured in his video? Cuz that's a shjt ton of mobility right there

Situational mobility doe, A lot of champions don't require terrain to escape or even minions or wards for that matter.
Idk...the dude traveled from krugs side of bot lane -> red buff -> drag -> gromp -> other side of bot lane
all within 18 seconds
With the reduced vision in the game and a general lack of champions that can match that mobility, I'm more worried about counterjungling and roaming than making sure he doesn't get away.
There's not much you can do about a champ that can traverse from one side of the map to the other by bypassing 100% of the walls due to a lack of cooldown.
The only other champ that can do that is Sol, and he can't activate anything or change direction the whole time
Well when it comes to mid-late game more team fights are going to occur away from walls or isolated unwarded sections of the map, but rather in open areas in lanes or during sieges which offers Talon no mobility. He will require his ult to be functional.
Also
can do exactly as you described and travel the map very quickly bypassing terrain. Some of these can't be stopped by warding and don't have conditions on their mobility.
Kass and Nid (although she'd have to wait a bit for cooldowns) are the only ones that don't require an ult to do so (or aren't limited to a pre-set path like Rek'sai)
Not to mention that Nid can't jump over half the terrain that Talon can.
So that leaves us with...Kassadin I suppose (yes I know it's technically his ultimate)
kass needs his ult kindred doesn't
Already mentioned the thing about Kass's ult, but it's low cd and so doesn't punish him immensely for using it
Kindred's Q does not have the cooldowns to do so, even when attacking players from inside wolf's circle (which in itself limits her mobility to ensure she can't do that)
It is. But you can't hop over the same bit of terrain twice. So it's for getting to a lane. Getting off a gank. Then running back to lane by foot.
think of the roams and how difficult it will be to stop him from screwing with your jungler though
and besides, the path from base to mid lane is completely straight. I'm curious if jg Talon will be viable though
his passive wont proc of jungle camps so not really
damn, I'd like to have jg talon be a thing
I know several people that have always wanted jungle talon to be a thing so if it happens it happens I guess.
He can't pass over the same wall twice for 150 seconds
