Although these weren't the buffs I was expecting to be honest, I'll take it.

What I suggest doing is making the chimes give more experience (And possibly gold for picking them up), increase the missile speed of his Cosmic Binding, let the healing orb recharge faster and that's about it. Perhaps make his ult so that if allies use a spell and you happen to hit them with your ult, their cooldown is still going down so it doesn't seem like you're punishing them.
