Red buff is ridiculously unfair to fight
The burn damage is dumb for something that applies on every auto attack and IT SLOWS YOU FOR SOME REASON.
Please just remove the dumb as hell slow or nerf the damage. Thanks.

Really only the mana-hungry champions use it often (Sivir, Skarner, Ziggs, Orianna, etc.).
