Ranked in plat+ feels so skewed atm.

People picking all AD comps, people not buying MR (not respecting that Kennen just 3-4v1s them every time cause all squishy but me), people getting caught (natural). People making me pick a tank because they wanna go all-squishy team. But the rengo (which already was a bad pick into their team) refused to even get a hexdrinker. Infact, no one got MR whatsoever. Our Bard got an Aegis, at least...But he had questionable ults and everyone had feeding-esq scores such as 1-7 besides me, where I had some kills for my deaths. Kills don't mean everything, but they were either on Kennen on their carries (and one on sej)...So, that's at least something.

I would assume at least plats would know what's damaging them and not to just go full-glass cannon and hope for the best. Nothing I could do that match. I forced Kennen to at least build defensively before offensively first cause I zoned him at 4-6+. At least.

This shit might happen for 5 straight games, then for the next 3-4 games, I'll get actual plats that know how to be plat and it's ezgame-ezlife. I'm not saying plat's a good elo, but it IS right next to Diamond. How does one expect to get to such up in rank if they don't at least listen?

Other times, players are just bad and manage to get rekt in other lanes entirely. This season is shit. Even though it was better than pre-season, dynaQ completely took a shit on ranked integrity, along with smurfs running around everywhere. Makes ranked, including matchmaking stupid as fuck.

Save the laughter for when you see how many times my team will be going 1-7 (like, my whole team...even the jg) and I'll be going even or winning lane...Until I leave lane and lo, behold, I start dying to an 8-0 Ezreal and my deaths start to climb to, maybe 4-6. My MMR has dipped into gold territory and I'm, for once, gaining 17 LP a win. I used to be gaining 20s in p4/p3. I demoted to p5 twice in the past week because of how fucked my mmr is along with how RNG early plat is (and even late plat, since people definitely buy boosting to diamond). And I only fell out of p3 cause of boosted/toxic animals, let alone just boosted.

I fell from plat 3 weeks ago, and got back in 5 games later. I lost because I played like shit for so long that I scrapped my mmr. When I fell, I won 5 games because I focused, and improved my play.

Blaming everyone and everything but yourself is a bronzish attitude to have. You can't have all wins. You can't take that 1 or 2 defeats as examples of absolute truths and proofs that ''this elo is garbage''.

You think I just got to plat? I've been juggling between p5, p4, and I got to p3 at some point, for at least a month now. I've been to all 4 leagues as well, and I climbed all the way to plat, because my placements either put me in mid silver or high bronze. (S4 or S5 put me in low gold, and I wasn't really in the mindset to climb so I just fell down).

I was told once, in one of the games I was playing in and winning my lane at least, that 'Annie is not good to carry in this meta'...and no, I was the only one doing moderately fine in that match...As Annie...vs Xerath, until the other lanes started congregating mid after they got the other lane's towers and group-pushed. Sure, I could blast the carries, but that's only at least 2/5 of the members, which my team couldn't capitalize on because, you know, they were feeding.

So, I checked champ.gg shortly after he said that, and lo, behold, Annie has the highest winrate. These are the type of nubs my mmr is forcing me to play against and with.

But you can check every one of my matches, and you'll only count 4-5 that I've done even moderately 'bad' in, or have been the reason we lost aside from an accidental throw here and there. In terms of going even, that's a lot more common. Then you can check my other teammates. But instead of living in a world where you're trying to be some bigger man, you probably wont.

Currently, my mmr is tanked as hell atm so I will be facing low-high golds, and maybe even some high silvers with high mmr. The system Riot has in place often has me win 1 game and lose 2, which tanks my mmr twice as much as is gained. That derives from their matchmaking placing me with bads if I'm doing stupidly good, expecting me to solo carry. You mean to tell me that it's my fault when my team is going a total of 4 kills to 15 deaths?

You also said 'Grow up' when you likely downvoted me cause I disagreed with you. :^)

It's actually upsetting that, because I may be doing good some games, I'll be paired with all of the boosted monkeys vs all the people that belong in their elo. Riot Matchmaking.

actually when your losing the game you should go full glass cannon if you pick a carry type champion. you have to be willing to take risks, that way if you make the right plays you can pull an upset. Conversely if your winning you should build a little more safely and build a bit of tankyness on ur champion so they dont get 1 shotted.

Yes, and Hexdrinker can build into one of the strongest weapons while providing MR and one of the strongest magic shields available...What is your point?

Just had to face a plat 1 cause he was in a 3made (makes less sense)...Why? I'm not too sure considering our whole team was sub-plat5 (we did have one p3) and we even had some golds. They had golds too, but..the p1 is far better than the p3? He also hasn't played in 7 days, and the first two games he did crazy-good in. Boosting?
