Can we fix the skill discrepancy at Diamond?

Kind of tired of losing games because two of my lanes are a combined 0-10 at 10 minutes and it's reached the point where I can't even attempt to gank the 6-0 ADC because it will just end in a triple kill.

This shit shouldn't be happening at Diamond.
