Is the balance team even aware of how busted he is?
You can literally just watch Hashinshin play Olaf and it's immediately clear that something is horribly wrong with this champion.
He just right clicks and runs down opponents, often 1v2, optionally missing half of his skill shots, all with a constant look of confusion on his face, as if he also doesn't understand how he's winning these fights.

Yeah, especially if he builds that ms item with cdr health and mana. His q is a pretty fast projectile and if he wants to get on you he will unless you blow both a dash + flash. Your not gonna kite him with slows either. But he does fall off later.

no fucking shit man if its 1v1 you lose 100%, but league is a team game. In 5v5 he gets kited and bursted easily

As much as I think Yenn can be a bit of a whiner at times, I can kinda agree about Olaf.

His kits goal is "I hit R and Ghost and run at your adc and kill them, and there's nothing you, they, or anyone else can do about it"
Either he has enough damage, tankiness, and move-speed that he can, or he doesn't. It's the exact same shit as old poppy.
