elise buffs

well i like elise but with recent things she is a weak jungler pick and i did try runeglaive on her or matter of a sheen proc which is actually quite good on her. however her rappel needs to change to where you can rappel to allies and or give a movement speed buff which is perfectly acceptable because not a whole lot of people like her in this game as it is becuase she doesnt offer anyhting to much of a cross between a assassin and forced to be a tank which still she doesnt do that well becuase of her lack of peels aside from her coccoon . she honeslty needs for anybuild is to just go straight ap as far as builds are concerned . but her movement speed in spider form needs to be higher and rappel needs to have a movement speed buff which is perfectly fine. and the bonus damage she gets off rappel is that all her moves or only her bonus magic damage basic and heals. but i think another thing is her spider basics should poison/dot the target much like teemos e becuase A your a spider ....... so why not
