Lets face it rito you gut evelynn! I dont say buff her damage bla bla but she need some buffs on her base hp/base stats! Plus some lower CD on her ulti! And keep the damage that she have now as it is! Right now you dont have a damage you dont have stats you have no role in the game! Because your burst as an "assasin" is pathetic your duel is pathetic too special early game a 2vs2 fight you will lose because the enemy jungle will be alot stronger! Eve need some buffs the buffs that i say they are not going to make her OP or anything but hey she might actually hit 48% win ratio (i doubt it special with champs like reksai/lee/vi/jarvan dominate the jungle atm) but at least she will be able to do something!

she is at her good week now...she have drop even in the last place of win ratio below than urgot too...

First people need to stop complaining about the wrong things (like saying she has mana problems... which has got her a net nerf to making things easier on those that do not use her passive well).

The real problem is her R does not really scale on the stats that her other abilities do (AP and AD... or at least it might as well not have an AP ratio). So after hitting 6 she is not useful until 4 or 5 items because of all the stats she must build to use her kit.

Eve is at about 42% win rate and about 1.8% pick rate. To really do well in jungle, eve needs a major buff like more sustain or armor. To work in lanes she needs more damage.

Eve really needs a rework: She uses the "mysterious person lore" that riot uses all the time, She has a kit with no theme. People build her tanky because Ap Eve doesnt work anymore Everyone uses an AD / tank build, but that makes her Ult even more useless.
