There's people who make it into diamond+ playing things like Teemo jungle. There are currently diamond+ kindred jungle mains. If you want it bad enough, you can make it work.
I bet playing an off-meta marksman jungler would, in the end, do you more good than continuing to play an ADC in a meta so bad for ADCs that mages are phasing them out. I mean, it's not like the transition would be that difficult from a mechanical perspective, since you already main ADC and have been diamond in the past.
Just something to think about. Twitch jungle is fun.
