Riven nerf

So the forum QQ was listened to, Riven got nerfs. What do you guys think?

IMO these are the least inspired changes ever. Sure, it's enough to slightly decrease the popularity of Riven/the QQ, but it's not really satisfying. The edge changes partly seemed alright - I really liked that the passive charges don't stack, so that if you fck your combo up you actually really get punished and her damage severely decreases once she used her Q instead of still being rather high due to charges.

Also note that I do not think that she is actually OP seeing how her winrate/games played is alright. However, I do think that those who have 1-5 games on her should have a <45% winrate instead of 47%. Increasing her Ult cooldown is simply delaying the problem and won't actually do anything.
