How can anyone possibly be happy with the Soraka rework?

I know it's been a long time, but her rework SUCKS! All she got was nerfs, nerfs, and more nerfs. Soraka's heal now costs health, and she can no longer heal herself directly without burning her ult (before she had 2 ways of healing herself). Instead, she depends on an extremely slow skillshot for healing. And she can no longer silence or restore mana (Something that made her unique). With the exception of her ult, everything that made Soraka fun to play is gone.

Soraka can heal her self by landing her Q, thanks to the passive her W gives her.

I don't like the health cost of her W. If that was removed, the rest of it would be fine.

I mean, Kayle Nid and Sona can heal herself AND allies, but god forbid Soraka have nothing but penalties.

But otherwise, I find her passive, Q and E to be fun. Hell, I can even jungle with that shit.

that's because raka's heal has a lower cd and it heals more than all of those people.

I understand not healing herself, that'd be OP in solo lanes.

I just wish it didn't cost health. That... just doesn't make sense, gameplay or thematically.

Well the people that didn't like it, no longer play her and the people who do are playing her. Basically there are those who like it and those who do not, the exact number i do not know. I personally never really played her before the change and i definitely wont after but that is just a personal thing and her current gameplay is just not my style.

Well, that's just like your opinion man.

I find Soraka to be a completely reasonable and I think that her healing mechanics are unique and dynamic. Provided your team is not ignorant of Soraka's strengths and weaknesses, she can become the only champion with worthwhile healing and the only support becoming focused in team fights.
