Wtf is the "healing done" postgame stat?

I can play a champion who has no healing, I dont use heal spell, and I dont buy any healing/lifesteal items, but I still have a "healing done" number. And everyone has one. Why?

Regen, fountain healing, pots, etc.

Fountain healing and regen don't count I think, pots however I think do.

There are some people who dont buy pots. And if it was only pots the number would end in a 0.

I'm going in game in like 5 minutes, I'll check then and report back. Also out of curiosity are you playing jungler?Because 2nd phase jungle items heal 25hp per monster hit over 5 seconds.

Lifesteal, healing, plants, pots, special forms of regen for people like voli and garen, smite
