Its essentially on a 25 second cooldown late game now because of all the CDR items added, and it grants him 15 SECONDS of bonus armor pen. He essentially does true damage to tanks for 15 seconds every 25 seconds now late game with Mortal Reminder.
Slamurai Jack3 votesWhich CDR item are you buidling on Yasuo? The answer should still be "none of them".

I've seen people build essence reaver in place of IE. With runes, that alone gives him 40% cdr.
Slamurai Jack3 votesThat's really, really dumb. There is no universe where CDR is worth more on Yasuo that the IE passive.
Dunkrius2g1 votesWhy when his CDs are telling your mind that it is not worth building cdr. The only thing he can benifit from it is a lower cd on his wall, and thats pretty much it.
His ult is 30 secs with 0 cdr and 16.5 with 45% cdr.
You can see the answer.
Dunkrius2g1 votesThats the problem. Why even build cdr when his bases is at a high time low. Q's cd that scales with his attack speed. Ult which is extremely small. 30 secs? Might seem long but remember, leaving base and getting to baron or d will put that on a 15 sec cd or less. And if you do build cdr at 45%, his ult is at a 16.5 sec cd. BTW his Q can have upto 66% cooldown just building attack speed.
All im seeing right now is that his Ult should be on a 45 sec cd or even more.

Dunkrius2g2 votesWhat's wrong, your freelo gonna be dumpstered? Don't worry. That obnoxious champ will get gutted. Just wait.
Sulghunter1 votesCan we double Tryndameer's ult cd while we're at it too?
PuddinAndCupcake1 votesthey really dont care about it since yasuo is not used in pro play so it will still be the same bullshit till some pro decides to take him to worlds and carry
